The idea about this workshop is to have 7 days for intense practice and meditation. It should give us a free space to look at our-selfs and explore our own experience with movement. Although the classes will be held by experienced Aikidoka - it is only meant as an invitation to try and take what makes sense to oneself. Still there is a consence on a soft, dynamic and cooperative movement.
The Aikido Fusion tries to give a space to those who value the pure practice most and to give an opportunity to join beyond different styles and forms.
